Our prices vary by the number of guests. There are no seasonal pricing as all seasons are equally pleasant in The Bahamas.

- Maid Service

- All taxes etc
Additional Charges
There are no additional charges, however, we do offer additional services at additional cost:
Airport Shuttle
We can offer to pick you up from the airport on your day of arrival and return you on your day of departure. The charge for this is US$ 60.00 for up to 12 passengers per trip, if you fill the car, that is $ 5.00 per person. For larger parties and/or parties with excessive luggage, please email us for a quote. The airport shuttle is free when you book three or more weeks. You pay the driver directly. Tips are optional. We charge a nominal fee of $ 15 to book the taxi.
Limosine Service
If you prefer, we can arrange for a stretch limo to pick you up at the airport. The charge varies but the charge for the limo is about $ 130 per trip. Most limos will take up to 6 passengers. We charge a nominal fee of $ 15 to arrange the limo/s for you.
Personal Chef or Cook
For a daily charge from US$ 250 you can have your own cook, cooking you breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 6 people. This does not include the cost of food items, this is labor costs only. If you decide on this service, you decide your menu or style of menu with your cook upon arrival or if you wish, we can arrange the first couple of day's menu in advance.
If you have a special celebration we can arrange a gala dinner for you and your guests. Please contact us for details.
Other Services
Should you require other services, such as a babysitter, massage therapy, butler etc, please ask.
Minimum Rental
The minimum rental period is 4 nights.
Payment Terms
On the date of booking you will have to pay a 50% security deposit (50% of the rent, not the security deposit). No later than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the balance + the security deposit is due.
Payment Methods
Payment must be made in US$, and can be made in one of the following ways:
- Wire transfer
- Cashiers Check drawn on a US Bank. There is a US$ 30 handling charge per check for check payments.
- Personal Check in US$ drawn on a US Bank if payment is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is a US$ 30 handling charge per check for check payments.
- Credit Card via PayPal®. There is a 3.8% handling charge for this (PayPal charges)
Refunds
If a cancellation is requested more than 60 days in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the 60 days prior to the letting the owner will retain the 50% rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period).
